How do I reconstitute a 5mg BPC-157 vial?
Use bacteriostatic water (not sterile water—BAC water is multi-use safe). Inject 2ml of BAC water into the vial for a concentration of 2.5mg/ml (2500mcg/ml). To draw 500mcg, pull 0.2ml on a 1ml insulin syringe. Swirl gently—never shake. Store at 4°C and use within 4 weeks.
My BPC-157 arrived as a powder and smells odd. Is it still good?
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) BPC-157 powder is typically white and odorless. A faint chemical smell can occur from the acetate salt and is usually normal. However, any yellow or brown discoloration, or cloudy solution after reconstitution, is a sign of degradation or contamination. Discard and request a replacement.
